Description: Our red split lentils are really easy to cook and packed with protein, iron, fibre and vitamins. Use these pulses to thicken warming soups, dhals and spicy curries.
Cooking instructions: No soaking required - Red Lentils lose their shape when cooked unlike whole lentils. Rinse and place in a saucepan with clean cold water covering by 3cm. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 mins. Alternatively, they can be added to soups and stews uncooked and will cook along with your main recipe.
