Description: Essential Organic Spelt Grain. An ancient variety of wheat, native to the U.K. Use the nutritious whole grain, on its own, or in a mixture, as you would wheat grain. Makes a good Carbohydrate-based side dish for a balanced diet.
Cooking instructions: Cook rinsed pearled spelt in boiling water or stock for 20-30 mins and whole spelt for 40-60 mins or till tender but still retaining a bite.
